When to take a cutting for cloning

Hi all, I'm new here so please go east on me if I've posted in the wrong section.
I'm 4 weeks into veg on my first grow, when would I be looking to take a cutting to clone?

Pictures should help to say as it depends on size but i normally take clones when the plant has reached its 5th internode, not before.

Is it a female seed? If so you can take it now if your plant is past 4-5 nodes I'd maybe wait until I was ready to transplant

If it s a regular I'd take sooner than later so as soon as you see your plant is generating healthy growth everyday and again is past the 4-5 nodes. Thennid put the cutting under 12/12 and see what I was dealing with

About now is good or just before you flip 12x12

that way you ensure the cut is established to its max

take from lower down where their is less (N) in the plant

I have started cloning exclusively from plants well into flower. Just reveg them and they bear like crazy.
