When to supercrop?

i have some clones that i put in about a month ago, some indicas and some sativas. I've topped all the indicas and a couple of the sativas, and now im wondering when i should supercrop them (Bending the branch allowing more light to get underneath the leafs and buds). I dont have any bud on the plants yet and they are all about 2 feet tall. I think i probably have another 3-6 weeks of veg growth until they start to flower. So when should I bend the branches, when the plants start to bud, now, or right before they start budding?

pictures would help a bit.....but i would start soon to let them get as much light and growth to be big and strong i started supercropping mine at 3feet and they are looking wonderful and producing pistils everywhere

ive never super cropped ive always done LST pretty much same principle, i no for sure that u should do it when its still in veg bc super cropping stresses ur plant out, LST ur able to do after it starts budding bc there not a significant amount of added stress although both should be started during the veg stage bc then youll get more main colas growing. so to answer your question do it now

and also topped them before i did supercropping

do you have any pictures of how an lst'ed plant looks while in veg and flower!?! and how much it yeilds?

i do lots of supercropping. i start supercropping very young also i start at like 2nd-3rd week and after that every 4-5 days till i flower. only time i supercrop in flower is if the plant stretches really bad
edit: also when supercropping you wanna pinch first till you hear that "pop" then twist then bend.

mine too weedboy613 , actually just tried this and luckily got 4 main colas and just started flowering and its 3 feet tall now and insights as too how much i'd yeild ? or how much you've yeilded off your plants topped , height , inside, outdoors, etc too

I tried supercropping once and didnt do to well. Think I did to much damage to the plants tissue in the branch. I do LST and had great sucess! But usually u want to do it during the veg stage so your plant has time to recover before bud mode. Usually takes a week to fully recover but it all depends.

To be honest this is my 3rd year of growing and first time i've started off with clones. Last year my seeded plants got a yield about 5-6 ounces from about 6 plants, mind you i just let them grow, didn't topm supercrop, or anything. This year with the clones I received a couple kush strains, a white strain and some other very nice strains so I wanted to make sure I do everything right and get the biggest yield possible. I hope to get at least 4 pounds from my 20 plants, because they are kinda small for the time of year. I put them in a month late but they've picked up in size nicely.
