When to stop feeding

Got some nice looking girls going. Some say to feed with something like a flowering nutrient that is is used for flowers or tomatoes right up to frost then harvest. Others say to stop feeding and let the plant feed the buds itself. Whatcha think? New to this. Will try to post some pics to determine when to hasrvest. Thanks........

Personal smoke or for profit if your trying to make cash feed till the day you harvest if its for yourself stop the feedings 10 days before and it will be a way smoother smoke good luck im in it for the money i dont smoke i still stop a week before harvest though keeps my buyers happy.

Its not really that, its so the excess nutrients can be used up and using just water will leech the excess nutes from the roots so it will stop absorbing it for the plants, excess nutes in buds can make the buds hard to smoke/burn, ive seen some buds that was not "leeched" spark and pop in the bowl. Also has an effect on the taste of the buds too.

Unless you are using chemicals, there is no need to flush. Plants don't store nutes in the buds. I've always tapered off feeding into the week before harvest, they still need that final push. Then the last few days just water.

Any sparking or whatever is either from a bad dry/cure, or from something that was sprayed on the buds.

Chemical nutrients yah, he never said what he was using. Commercial growers dont go organic (the majority anyway), and yeah i know he didnt say he was doing it for commercial or not either :p
