When to start using Recharge?

My plants are only a few days old, but I'm wondering when I should start adding Recharge. The soil is 50/50 peat and Happy Frog with added Perlite surrounding the seedlings, with 50/50 Ocean Forest and Happy Frog with Perlite under and around that.

Id give it about a month to be safe. If theyre looking good about halfway thru a month id start using half teaspoon per gallon.

As soon as they break the surface hit them with it Once a week. I sprinkle some in the hole and soak my rapid rooters with it before putting seeds in.
