When to start seeds outdoors safely

I don't want to start flowering too soon. I want to take advantage of this beautiful natural sun we have now. Im usually always in a tent start to finish. So I planted 4 Aurora Indica's on 3/1 and plan put them in a tent 6/1 . Would someone suggest additional (fluorescent on a timer) light or will they be Ok to veg outside for another 8 weeks without starting to flower?

Google light tables in "zip code" 13 and a half should be fine
