When to start feeding autoflowers in coco?

Hi, this is my first time growing, so Ive been looking to find out when I should feed my seedlings in pre-buffered coco (im using canna coco professional plus)..

Some people say to wait until yellowing of the cotyledons and others say to feed straight away with low strength..

Which is right? Would I get more vigorous growth with feeding right away and should I pre soak the medium with a little nutes?

I will be using GHE flora trio. Any help is appreciated!

I use nutrients with seedlings in coco from day 1 @ 0.6 ec.

I start feeding daily to run off around the 3rd day from sprout.
I also pre-soak my coco in a light nute mix.
Are you using perlite?

Yes im using about 10% perlite
