When to start bumping up phosphorous levels in feeding schedule?

My girls just started to grow little white hairs (see pics). Should I switch my nutes now and start feeding in a higher amount of phosphorous, or should I wait a bit longer and keep the nutes nitrogen heavy??

Thanks! This is my second grow and I'm so happy with the way these girls turned out. I thought I was a little late on giving them some phosphorous, but I've added it into my feeding schedule.

Another question I had is if it is too late to do some pruning to them? Other than pulling off yellow leaves, I haven't pruned them at all - but now that they're starting to flower, I think it may be a good idea to take off the lower branches and offshoots of the main stems. However, I've also read that it isn't good to prune once they start flowering.
 
You'll be fine plucking leaves and small sucker branches now. It will help with air flow and light penetration. Your pots are kind of small for the size of your plants...you might end up having to water them multiple times a day.

I grow in the bush, and can't always stick to this as there will be plants in all different stages of flower at any one time. But when I can. . . . . .

. . . . . . I try to continue veg nutes for 1st 3 weeks of flower. 50/50 veg and bloom nutes 2nd 3 weeks, and bloom nutes from then on to the end.

Plants are looking good.

Defoliation read up on it and you can remove bud cites that are not as prominent I'm not an expert but that's what came to mind
 
Thanks for the replies everyone! The girls are about 3 weeks into flowering now. I've been feeding w/ a mixture of Fox Farm Grow Big at full strength and Tiger Bloom at 1/2 strength (NPK should be ~ 7-8-6) every other watering. Many leaves on the plants are browning at the tips, and the edges are turning yellow. Should I adjust my nute strength? Is the browning nute burn?
