When to start adding neuts to soil?

About how long into flower will the dirt last? Am I waiting to see excessive leaf cannibalizing? Can I just keep giving them molasses water and they'll grow well? Dangers to giving them some 10-15-10 liquid plant food or a bone meal tea?

This is under a week ago. They're getting super sticky, dense and sausage sized now. Only some of the fan leaves in the lower canopy have a little bit of tip die off.
