when to remove humidity dome from clones??

hey peeps ive got 8 clones in rookwool in humidity dome. theyve been there for a week now. lifting lid twice a day i leave off for 15 mins and spray dome. humidity 82 temps 75. theyre under a 200 watt cfl. when is the best time to remove the dome completely? theyre showing no roots yet im new to cloning cheers

I think you keep them in there for up to 10-12 days, until you can see some roots coming out of the rockwool. Once a semi large root mass has formed out the bottom, you can transplant into soil (or whatever your choice of medium is)... This is what I have read so far.

This is my first time around with clones too, I'm about a week into it as well. So far they are alive and green! =) *crosses fingers*

I live in a dry climate. This is what I do here.

I leave the dome on and take the individuals out that are well rooted as they become available. (many times not all of the clones will root at once)

IF the clones are all rooted..I SLOWLY increasing the amount of fresh air (less humidity) to them over a day or two period. Some strains can't take the instant intro the the dry air... so I often cover the individuals (after transplant) with a clear plastic cup for a bit so they don't shock.
