When to plant?

Hello again RIU. Its been about 5-6 months since i've posted. But I'm back.
Anyways, I have never grown outdoors and I plan on doing so this coming year. I just have a few questions. I will be growing in Georgia, in the woods. Can I use fresh creek water to water my babies? Do I have to use bag soil or can I use soil from the forest? When should I plant? And is there any ways I can go about not getting caught?

Fresh creek water? absolutly. You should put good soil out there but it can be done without. Be safe dont leave tracks, or be seen.

Theres a lot of outdoor guides around this place you otta be able to dig up somthin. Id study up if your new to the outdoors.

start after last frost, make sure they are a couple of weeks old before you put them out make sure your spot is secure i'd put fishing line at your entrance at a reason able height so if a at least 5 foot anything goes by you have some notice

put moth balls and deodrant soap out it keeps deer and bears away

Thanks for all the tips guys. And outdoejoe; do they have to be a couple of weeks old? Because I have no time to nurture them indoors for a few weeks as i'm really busy.

i had the same problem i just sprouted them in papertowel and in to party cups fer two weeks in small card board box under two cfls. note i started them 2 weeks before our last frost which is usually may 30. ultimatly i would say yes to be safe, or at least have them a few inch's.. you dont want late plants. never tried growing outside as soon as they pop in michigan weather can be harsh. are you growin indica or sativa, or do you know its grow time? indica tends to finnish early so indica mite be safer

yur plant survival for the firts few weeks will drop but it will leave you with the strongest plats out of them

im in TN i planted last year on april 1st. so around april 1st to the 15th this way ull get a harvest around beginning oct to end. if you have access to barn waste/ stall waste/ or cow poo id use that with the natural soil. this way you get alot of your trace minerals + good ferts for first few weeks. u could also throw in some bag soil to help with that.

creek water will probly work , just make sur you are usein a clean source. dont use water that comes from next 2 the interstate its usually polluted. as for growing in the woods, i would suggest spreading your plants out about 4/5 ft from eachother. i unfourtantly put mine 1ft apart this year and had an alright grow but it wasn so great. id also use 5gal buckets if you dont want them 2 super size on ya lol, mine got 8ft before finish (80%+ stativa).

ummmmm, BEARS!!!!! are u saying that u go deep into a forest ,dig up a patch for hours all the while a grizzly bear could be watching you?u must really love your smoko.i thought it was dangerous here snakes,spiders and a couple of kangaroos, now i feel safe.

this is how you do it put your clones out early may and get milk jugs and cut the bottom off and put them over the plants to create a greenhouse affect it also protects the plants from animals also remeber to take off the cap so there is nice air flow going then when they outgrow the milk jugs put some liguid deer fence around the entire plot along with some hair irish spring soap and mothballs next seasson im setting up an automated irrigation system using solar panels to charge a car battery to turn on a water timer that will activate a pump and let water flow to each plant with drips and slow release ferts and deer cams for extra security this is the best way to go big with less risk of being caught hope this helps buddy!

ah we just have black bears wolves and moutain lions there common but never bother to many people
