When to move from my cloning/seedling chamber

Any suggestions as to when I should move my seedlings out of my seedling chamber (flouresant lights) and into my growing chamber?

I'm using a SuperLocker setup with seperate chambers and my seedlings are 6-8 inches tall with a pretty a good root system. Just unsure as to when I should move them down to the grow chamber and under the more intense lights?

cheers

pics will get you a better response. Sounds like if you got a decent root base time to vegg them. Yet mind the Ph when you do... Introduce light gently. Not going from 55 watts to 1000 HPS or MHS IF you do have the big lights then make sure you start them off at about 5-800 lumens at first couple of days then as they darken up and get hardened give the 2000 minimum all over the place. Watch yout temps too, if those are seeds you are now facing Gender decisons by those seedlings ang if it is over 85 you may get men in your closet :o()

i usually move mine as soon as the root structure looks good enough to hold itself up.
i find this is when they start requiring more air flow/circulation as well.

I've been moving mine on the onset of the 3rd leaf set, it's been going very well.

Hate to ask a dumb question and I did search a little but......

Is it easy to pull the clones out of the net pots without damaging the roots? They will be moved to an aeroponics/drip system or possibly a DWC system. Seems like once they root it would be difficult to pull them out and put them in the new larger pots without manipulating the roots and possibly damaging them, thanks!
