I tied mine, I believe, at 2.5 wks. Whenever you have a section of stem thats long enough to get a tie on it without crushing the new growth.

man im jealous! Those looked like what my dreams are made of haha! I know i shouldnt have done this BUT i started this plant out on a 12/12 light cycle..can and should i try the lst on it? Its 13 days old..thanks for any input!

Mcpurple that's a great thread, I just spent half my work shift going through it ..Ima wait another week or so before I start lst. Just got to make sure my stem don't harden

I usually start LST after about 3 weeks, but it all depends on the size and strain. If you start too soon it can stunt the growth, if you wait too long the branches can snap in half. Take a look at my journal you can see how I tied down my plant:

and yes she is lookin lie she has more indica in her she is probably like a 60/40 mix but when she gets bigger it will be easyer to tell the leafs are still small once thay are big u for sure tell weather its sativa or indica dom. but yes its lookin like indica dom
