When to harvest with foxtails?

I don't worry about foxtails. Last time the buds still got me ripped, and tasted just fine, even though in the case of this strain, it's prolly more stress related, and I don't like how the buds lack in density now.

I'm more concerned about what point I should harvest. I believe they just keep stacking calyxes into spires, until the light intensity subsides. I keep seeing new growth, while the rest of the buds look done. Should I dim the light?

I did my down but I don't know if that was how you should handle it

Same I turn mine down 30% if you're close to harvest some people recommend to turn your lights down anyway just a lil to keep the temperature lower and I feel like it could possibly preserve some extra terps if your temperatures are high mo tho

So here's where she's at right now....

Spires are getting crazy. I feel like that's where the only new growth is occurring, and if I dimmed the light, they would stop producing calyxes and throwing new pistils.

I don't know if that's a from the glare or not but they ALL look milky lol

BUT I'm pretty sure that's from the glare..i take a lot of pictures of my plants and see that same glare even tho they are mostly clear

I'm in the same spot as you and I'm on week 11. It's caused by light sensitivity in the phenotype. GMO does this too. Here's my last Puta and week 11. I always take her on week 12. She will still have a few white curled in pistils

I guess I'll break out the scope and cut off a chunk of bud for a look.i got plenty of smoke, so i'm not in a big hurry. I want her to be finished.

Yea I know man. The problem i have with foxtails is, do they stop growing? I feel like the rest of the bud is done, or at least close, but the foxtails just seem to keep going.

Just watch the trichomes and go off them. I grew out some monster pebbles like 6mo or so ago, 3/5 were done in 9-10 weeks the last two kept shooting new growth up till the end think I went 14 weeks till they were all cloudy
