when to harvest a pollinated girl

Hello, I am a new grower. I grew in coco my first time, and I have questions. I seen that u were well known, so I'm asking u, and seeking answers from all really. Here goes....I germ some seeds on 10/24/19, they all started to flower about 4wks later but I switched my lights at week 5 end. My males took off faster than the females, so with that being said the pollenated my females unknowingly to me early on in flower. My males pollenated about 2wks into flower, me not knowing even the sex of my females yet, so I learned a week later, and was told because two of my males sacks had opened, in such a small small space, it was possible that they did pollinate my females, and they did. It was almost as if my females had never got a chance to grow pistols, I seen a few, but they stunted and shut down almost immediately. I was trying to breed anyway, took a class in DC on how to, and what signs to look for, but I saw none. Anyhoo, after3wks into flower I started to see swollen calves, and boom, checked all 3 females and sure enough seeds were coming in, especially at the top. They were all bag seed, so I knew the possibilities of mixed sexes, but I thought I would catch it, and be able to choose which I would breed. Never happened no choice was given, my males just took over. After, i just allowed nature to do her thing. At week 8 I took the males out because my new seedlings of OG had germ, I did switch the lights back to 18/6 not paying attention to my girls, they started to reveg. Now they have been reveging over a week, and I'm trying to push them back to flower, it seems like after about 2 weeks now into the 12/12 again, I saw a few white pistols trying to pop out, but they are so weird looking and full of seeds(as I did want), i just want to harvest. Can i? I cant see buds tho, unless buds look like they do. I have my new seeds now and dont care to let them stay in my grow closet. Seeds look mature, well some. But enough of them for me are. How do I harvest? They look horrible, I dont feel it's much hope of too many more pistols, because the plant is old to me now. 3mos 2wks now I think. But at 3 months I tried to revive back to flower. Please help me.

Also last question. My new grow, I will be trying dwc hydro, with lucas method. Before I add my good female seeds, I tried more bag seed, and still using fox farm, they all died, then I bought flora series, ph meter, tds meter, etc. They are growing ok, but the ones that were in fox farm res, started to get some clear slime, some thick and some thin, so as I browse some of the forums I browse, I cleaned the slime as much as I could, soaked in co2, changed all of my res to flora grow lucas method at 50percent, and days later slime again. This time I used diluted bleach for 15mins and co2 over night. I Changed water again set ph and ppm, and this time broke them down to smaller res tanks, the ones in the new tanks are not getting slime again yet, but the ones in the old big 10gal tank got slime again. What could be the problem. I scrubbed that res with bleach, then rinsed and scrubbed with 3 percent co2, but still the slime came back. Its stunting the ones in the bigger tank. The smaller tanks are 4 and 4 pot tanks 1qt tanks, 1 air bubble long block. While my 10 gallon was restarted too wit lucas method at 50 percent and 2 tablespoons of c02 using the top off method. Added only the co2 bi daily top off. What will diminish the slime in the big tank? Ph in there was at 587 today and ppm 302. My 3 smaller tanks, the plants seem to be thriving with no slime at all ph 5.56-ppm78, 5.83-ppm 80, 5.67-ppm38. They are doing great tho after the co2 and bleach soaks, it's just the ig tank, I dont know what I'm doing wrong. Help...all help, criticism, and comments well accepted and appreciated. Pics

Rust colored pot, 10/24/19, turned out female. (Pollinated)
Rust colored 2, 10/24/19, turned out female.(pollinated)
Green pot, 10/26/19, turned out male.
Solo 2, 10/26/19, male.
Solo 3, 10/26/19, male as well.
Green pot 2, 10/26/19, male and growing faster than all else.
Lastly black pot(big), 10/24/19, female. (pollinated)
Now the pic with them all at the same time, how they got pollinated‍.
Now them all in flower...I hope my pics are in order of my explanations...if not sorry for anything confusing. It will not allow adding more pics, but I will send the hydro pics, and the now for 2 of the ladies that got pollinate and survived. In my #2reply.

The now pics of the females, they look bad too, feel papery now, small leaves, and one point reveg leaves...harvest?

My hydro's
First hydro pic most died, slime was bad after cleaning, never really grew. Stunted. It's stunted bad, found I had iron def(fixed). Slime came back tho, but now I have lil tanks and one big, my new ones are better, some older ones I have in my hospital tank now soaking in co2. Right now roots lookin good, no slime 2days...
Now my should I harvest..., or just cut n get my seeds..its 3mos2wks, n dry feeling, leaf curling, one leaf reveg. It is starting to smell like loud now again. idk. Helppppppppp! Please.

If I dont reply right away, I be on and off by my mood yal, but i will try n see all posted, if it helps me. but I be.... Thanks to all comments.

if those are wild seeds then the seed batch is pretty much useless isn't it ? I mean it would be hemp if its wild i'd grow it to 8 weeks and chop if I had to grow under conditions like that i'd be doing my grows inside and getting some friends that smoke and don't grow to let me use some of there space in trde for buds

Yes it was alot going on, I was getting help from other sites. I explained everything to the best of my ability. I did pinch a seed off, I few I guess, and some were mature and some are still green and even soft, but the plant leaves are papery feeling, and never grew back out. Now they are going slowly, and trying to grow new pistals, yes. I think ima just cut it down and focus on my new grows. Thanks alot for your input.

Not all was bag seed, not wild unless that's the same. I have a few of in my hydro, but my grow that went wrong was actually bag seed, u never know what you will get I see now. Out of 10 seeds I had 3 girls, 7boys. I trashed 3 boys as soon I noticed, but I wanted to pollinate one girl, but the grew so slow, I could not tell the sex before the males started to pollinate. It took a long time for the sex of the females to be seen, as everybody that gave advice said. By the time I sexed the girls like a day apart, the males had started pollinating, so I just left all my girls in to breed. The breeder told me to let them do their thing so I did. All was find until I germinated new seeds and turned my lights back to first 24/0 for my new grow, forgetting about the reveg thingy. But at least I got seeds.. what I wanted anyway. Everything happened fast. I put my girls back in flower, but people are telling me to cut my losses, by the time they grow back to norm, my new ones would be ready wish I knew what I know now. Well I'm trying lucas method now. Even in hydro, more issues than coco...sheesh! Slime...smh well the seedlings are getting better now...but dont want to repeat the same. Now I know what to seek. Lucas method is easy and better, but what causes the slime? Sorry my messages are long, but I like to clearly explain, thanks everybody in advance.
