when to flower

when should I start to flower, one is ten inches high the other is 13 inches high I can see white pistils but I want to make the most of my first grow, how much do the plants grow upwards in the flowering stage

Sorry maybe that was badly written, I was wondering when was the best time to start 12/12, I have to white widow at 12 inches tall, they are in a hydro pot that raises them a foot of the floor, the room is 6 foot tall and using ez rollers to suspend.

With the lift from the ground and the distance of the light from the ceiling, what size should I grow to before inducing, I'm using a 400w sylvania grolux hps with a 600w ballast was wondering how high I should grow them before flowering to make sure they dont grow to big?

The plants will at least double in height during the flowering cycle. If the strain is Sativa dominate, it will triple in height ... maybe even more.

I realised after joining that the username was used in another way, this is the way I typed it in first time username was ok. I will happily change my user name as I do not want any misunderstandings. Didnt have to use language like that tho

Dude, that plant is a monster! You only have six feet to flower that beast in? I don't think you realize what you're in for (assuming it's female. If it's a male and your only plant, you just wasted ALOT of time for nothing)
