She’s looking a bit sad , nitrogen maybe? But yep I would definitely let her veg a little longer if you want to get 16 oz , keep bending her until she fulls the whole tent ,

I would lose the net, you need to keep the plant healthy, not a hydro grower but guess the roots don't like the light from that hole.
How would you empty, clean the tank, and refill it, if you need to?

It's simple just take the container out from under the plant and spill water all over and tear roots...duh

10 years ago I had some friends growing dwc in large buckets(loads of them) if the root mass looks damaged in veg.
They use to set a new bucket( water stone, nutes, etc) wash the roots(remove damaged roots), cut back the canopy, and pot up in the new bucket, plant looked great a week later.
