When tight isn't so good...SCROG, Pollen & Hermies OH MY!

Frickin eh! So I cut a nug to check on trichrome development and what do I see? Seeds! Dang it AGAIN?!?!?

I had a Blue Dream hermie on my last round. Buried all the way in the back corner, Blue Dream grew dicks, but I didn't even see them till harvest. Killed off Blue Dream and clones, and was looking forward to a proper seedless crop this go round. Well, since I have seeds again, either there's another hermie in the tent, or somehow viable pollen remained in the room/ventilation for 30+ days and was able to pollenate this go round. Given that the seeds seem mature, the pollination happened at least 30 days ago.

My setup is tight...super tight. Scrog in a tent- 6 girls in a 4'x8'. Only have real access on one side of the tent side the other three sides are butted up against wall. I can only reach about half way into the tent and always struggle to do anything in the back half of the space. I have about 3 feet under the canopy so I can get in there and water, clean, etc., but it isn't enough space to get in there and actually inspect bud sites. There's usually just enough space to get things about 4 weeks into 12/12. Then at that point the space gets so filled, its impossible to see each and every bud site.

It would be ideal to have enough space to walk 360 around every plant, but it aint gonna happen in a tent. Here's my question, to others that have a super tight grow without a lot of maneuvering ability, how do you get in to service your garden? If you cant reach the back corners, what's your work around?

For you Scroggers out there, how do you inspect for hermies when the screen can be super crowded and you can't easily move branches out of the way to inspect each part of the plant.

Please show me the ways of your kung fu...

I have a 4x4 with one big plant scrogged in there. I have zipper window hole on one side, and a door on an adjacent side, but the tent is in the corner - I cannot reach one back corner at all.
I remove leaves that have dropped off and/or turned all brown each watering, to avoid attracting spider mites.
I use a claw extension arm thing :)

In my 4x8 tent scrog I usually grow only 2 plants, maximum of 3 and sometimes just 1. Because of the limited space under the net from which I do most of my maintenance. ( I do dwc for the most part) When I purchased my tent I made sure I had access to both sides via large opening windows. The hardest part of my grow to inspect during flower is the very back of the center of the tent. Earlier today I wrenched my back while tying some of the heavy colas up and guess what part of the tent I was working on...

I have hermied only one plant in this tent that I'v been using for over 7 years. A Super Lemon Haze that went 16 weeks in flower. It was so fucking big that it was almost touching the glass in hood. I would tend to think that the nanners were caused from heat stress during the last few weeks of flower and thankfully it was the Last Plant Standing at the time.

The only Kung Fu strategy I can teach is this: Do not stress the plants, allow absolutely no light leaks and work with solid or familiar genetics GrassHopper.

My budbox has a zipper all the way round the top and bottom, you can open up three sides easily. Just buy a tent with the right access maybe.
