When should i turn on the FLower switch on my led ?

Hi,a quick question: I' m in week 4 and want to know if i should turn on the flower switch on my Spectrabox LED

All plants are AUTOFLOWER

Plants thrive better in a full spectrum of light although they use more blue through veg and red through flowering turning them both on would have a greater affect then one or the other IMO

The waits the worse bit, especially towards the end lol I've just chopped a blackberry auto wish I gave her another week now
