When should I transfer my plant into bigger pots

How deep are those pots. Hard to tell with the angle of the pictures.

And what is that you're growing in? It looks like it's solidified mud, with zero aeration.

Hi They are 500 ml cups and yes it is soil I couldn't get any potter soil cause of the lock down but I have made amendments to the soil I am gonna transfer them into to make it loose but I can't do anything about the soil in the cups.

What is that zombie soil ? ..... transplant them NOW into a good bagged mix so root will not be further compacted.

Doubt that soil has any beneficial elements for that young plant to really thrive from. Looks heavy clay base.
