When should I top this mother for more clones

Its gonna be a while... A month or two. Depends on how well you do your part and how many clones you're going to want. Let her grow for now and let her do her thing.

I've been using clones to fill my perpetual grow for years and one of the most important variables is the age of the donor mom. A few strains can give viable clones when the mom has been in dirt for 5 weeks. Most varieties however do best when mom has been in dirt 6+ weeks.

Good luck, BigSteve.
