when should i sex my plants?

ive got 6 plants that are about 10 days old and im wondering if its too early to sex them, naturally i would put them back to veg or would this stress them to much?. im using 250w cfl in a wardrobe should i change to red spec from blue or is blue ok? i know its loads of questions but its me first grow, any advice would be appreciated

It wont save much time versus just waiting until 4 - 5 nodes and sexing under 18 hours. Plus you stress them.

Blue spec when you go to flowering, or ideally use the red and the blue.

err dont get me wrong noob here but red spec for flowering blue 4 veg. & depends what size his grow is 4-5 nodes on 6 plants then into flowering is gona be 6x atleast 1 +1/2 ft 2ft a plants at harvest, have u got that room mr parky. ive read soon as got 1st set of 3 leaves it can be flowerd. yield is anyone's guess, depends on nutes lights different factors, read the european cannabis cultivation book u borrowed me.

This guys an outdoor grower in california and does not use lights by the looks of his threads or his advice on which colour to use, sorry m8 red 4 flowering blue 4 veg.

i sex mine 2 weeks from sprout. then sometime i trow them back into veg. again.

i just veg till they show sex on their own, after about 6 weeks they should have pre-flowers. select the strongest then clone.
