When Should I Put My Seedlings into the Hydro Wick System?

Hi guys,
i bought a hydro wick system and need to konw when i should put my seedlings in. I have then in 1 inch rockwool now

Something I'm interested in as well. (Wick system for seed starting in small pots--feasibility, problems, etc.)
