When should all my plants be showing there sex?

I'm a outside grower and I did well last year. I ended up with one male outta 7 plants. This year I'm kinda going bigger and most have started to flower and showing sexy ( ALL FEMALES ) so far but I have two left that's not flowering but the didn't have the same sunlight they lacked a few hours unlike the others. Anyone with info please help.. Maryland is the spot.
