I'm considering Dr. Earth because of the Trubiotics plus it's organic and available at my local big box.

The dosages mentioned in this thread seem different compared to the back of the bag. Am I missing something in your conversions?

Dr. Earth tea directions seem to be 1 cup per 1 gal. of water and container soil mix as 1/2 cup per 5 gal. container.

Also, will Dr. Earth burn plants?

I use 2-3TBSP per gallon of medium.
As others have stated more is not always better. Looking how green your plants are I would wait at least a week maybe longer before top dressing. Don’t forget to add worm castings with it anda Top layer of soil over that.

Edit: I use 4-4-4 up until week 3
Of flower then switch to 3-9-4 bloom

There's 16 TBSP in 1 cup so the conversion for a five gal. container would between 10 & 15 TBSP, 20% to 90% more than recommended on the bag.

Everything seems to be 2 or more part now-a-days.

For flower would you recommend switching to Dr. Earth's "Flower Girl"?

I'll give it a try and just ordered from the Dr. (10% discount code get10c7v2z ).

1 4lb Premium Gold®
1 4lb Flower Girl®

Using the above measurements +/- and the Dr.'s cannabis schedule of mixing 1/4 cup fert per gallon water each 4lb bag of ferts should make 40 gallons of solution. The two bags cost $39 delivers so $0.50 per gallon.

4lb package, 10 cups = forty 1/4 cup 1 gallon dosages. Per the Dr.'s cannabis schedule each plant will take two dosages of each, per each of three growth stages. Unless I didn't carry the 2.

1/4 cup is per 5 gallons of soil.

What soil are you using? I recommend mix equal part fertilizer, ewc and soil a day before use. Break up chunks, mix again and use.

DrE has been my goto nutes for over 10 years and I haven't burnt one yet.
For teas I only use 1/4 cup per gal when making an aerated tea. Between the DrE and molasses and mycos etc and the PPM is around 2000 and that's plenty.

Lately I've been using Roots Terp Tea Bloom for flowering teas and notice an improvement in taste over the DrE.

Don't go crazy with flower girl, it will fry your plants..
I've noticed that using both Gaia and Dr Earth dry amendments, there is a great deal of difference when you premix your soils then if you just use a top dressing...pre amending your soil and cooking for 30+ days makes your amendments much more readily available... I have noticed nitrogen toxicity on some plants at my friend's house both in veg and flower on this last batch that we mixed with the same amounts we top dressed the last run...only we threw them in a mix to cook and add to the larger pot.
