I know it's about Harvest time for sure! I just don't know when. I chop some couple weeks ago and wow! Absolutely amazing! It is awesome right now. Do I let it grow more or no?

Yes I know. I go over them with a tweezer in magnifying glass. To get everyone off

I only got half. The other half is still growing I hope. Is that when I am looking for is more growth?

No. All the growth will be on the inside. Swelling. Filling in and ripening

Okay. How long do you think. My Harvest window it always seems they take longer like a lot longer when I top them
