when is it really time?

ok, I've been growing for lets say 6 grows...smoking for lets say 50 years. the first few had so many diff problems. so I have my little 5x5 room set up right now (ac, it was 99 plus in the summer)now 72 year around. I've cut when the trics where 50,60= milky with some amber.(white pistols) knew it look light? this lady gotta be close, but if you look a little lower its all fresh looking?

If you look at my Profile picture you can tell when it's really time to harvest. You want the pistols to be fully orange/red and you want Cloudy/Amber trichomes. That's when it is at it's ripest and ready to harvest

thats what I'm thinking..... I did the the straight up tric's at 75% cloudy,25 % amber one grow, BUT the pistols on this one plant where still white or slightly turning, but the ones down the bud and inch where all white ?? really light weight and I kinda knew it. now I just kinda keep checking tillll? getting solid for sure

Stop looking at trichs all together. Wait for the swell to stop then chop. 95% of plants I’ve ever grown were done between day 70-80

Ripe bud pics, you can see the calyx have swollen to their max, and 0 pistils left standing.

nice! ok, so I wait a it. didn't know that about the pistols all laying down. a lot of peeps say 75% red hairs. they would be close to all laying down. those nugs look rock solid
