When is day 1?

Hi all!

So i finally got my seeds and started germing them and was just curious, after i plant when is it considered day one? is it when the seedling first breaks the soil? or is it after the first leaf set is out?

I consider day one when the seed cracks.... however, most of us don't start counting anything upon that day. The important first day is when you are in 12/12 and you spot your first female pistils. That is truly considered Day One of Flowering.

Whenever you want it to be as long as it is stated, ie "this is day 25 from seed cracking", "this is day 13 since it broke soil"...
