When i have to transplant my plants

Hello,

I start seedling on Friday in root riots.
Actually my plants look like as the picture.

Could you tell me when is it the right moment to transplant them in their first pot (1l) ?

When should i turn on intractor and extractor ?

Some times they stretch after popping from the cork. I would give it a day or two to see if they stretch so you can put them at the right depth.

Are these autos or photo period plants? I hear its best to transplant autos right away.

in normal way, how many time i have to wait between seedling and transplantation in 1liter pot ? Or which signe ?
I’m a bit confus because i see some people who say that we have to transplan directly after seed bloom and another tell that we have to wait till we see root bloom root riot

I plant as soon as they sprout.
Move your light closer......they're stretching.

Ok i will do it but i read that i should dont over light the plantS at this stade

actually they receive 8500 lux , my hlg650 is dimmed at the lower level at 70cm if i put the light closer the plants will have to much light ? No ?
