When does it actually start to smell?

I really don't get a true stinky/dank smell until a few weeks in flower, of course it smells a little like it but the veg stage you don't smell it too much. I would say the last 3-4 weeks get the most smell and drying it gets 10x worst
 
Fucking kush got my mother and step father into the police station 5 years ago lol they did not press charge i gave him 5 clone still in the box fucking purple kush 2 days later.police come knocking for a lost girl in the neighber hood and he smell it .lol

Clone not even rooted lol
In the basement in a doom closes in a room .
