when do you "top" them

ive heard some people talk about "topping" thier plants to encourage more growth i guess?

i was wondering when you do that and how like what exactly do you cut

it would really be help[ful if someone could post a pic if they have one to show what you cut and why exactly

I'm not an expert, yet!

I topped mine. You pinch off the top 1/4" or so of the plant. The idea is to pinch off the growth just above the last two branch stubs. Once the top is removed, in theory the two branches will then become main colas.

After I topped mine, the tree stopped growing for a little over a week. So you'll want to top at least two weeks before flowering.

Let your plant veg a few weeks b4 u top and b4 it flowers just nip/snip of the top nod

theres no right time or right place 2 do it so dont worry 2 much if you r doing it right or wrong
