When do I start nutes?

I'm growing 12/12 from seed with 5 42 watt cfl bulbs. My ? is when doing 12/12 from seed when do you add nutes?
I know people are going to say dont do 12/12 from seed and dont use cfl but thats what i'm going to do. If you've had any experince with 12/12 grows when should i add nutes?

are you growing soil or hydro...either way i would wait til the 3ed set of leafs...

You'll probably want to start them about 2 weeks in. I've grown directly from seed once but years ago, I let mine go for about 1-2 weeks now then swtich to flower, I would suggest the same for you too. I believe I flowered mine at about 1.5 weeks into veg. at around 3 inches tall (going off memory), and they are now all at around 15". If you went from seed I think they will be about 1 foot if I remember right, I averaged about 1/4oz. off each one when I did that.
