When do i remove my small seeding out of propagator

Seedlings dont go in propogators, its really bad for them and you should have taken them out the moment they popped up.
They out now do i still stick to the cfl or put cmh 315w on them and do i neef to put my 5inch outtake fan on now

These are the basics you should have planned for already. Would gamble the cfl with outtake in a tent would be the right option.

So yes the cfl for veg then 315 for flower. Aim for four weeks veg, top it then switch to flower and 12/12.
You have a tent? Hang the cfl lengthways and turn on the fan, you might need a variac or speed controller if the fan is sucking the tent right in and too strong idk.
I haven't got reflector but thas y its hanging down

Buy one there cheap, the one you want is cfl with e40 bulb holder and a plug to the wall £\$20 at most.

Take them out... I never use one of those things.. as long as u dont have bugs or fungus they will live and thrive.. u dont need the extra bs most of the time
