When do i harvest??

Hello peopleee!.

I'm new to growing. everything seems to be going ok.

But i need to know when to harvest

I know about it being amber and then the full potencial being when it's cloudy for a nice stoned attack.

I just want a good grower to give me a few tips!

i run mine 8 weeks flower time harvest when trycs are cloudy. if you weant to be stuck on the couch or swinging off tyhe fridg door then amber is what you are looking for.

another way without a microscope is when the crystals on your buds are more visible with the naked eye its time of course its because the trics are amber which has already been said here, but its another way.visibly "frosty" or whiter

Yeah the're crystalized allright !! and has the nicest smell !

how long have you been flowering?

ermm about 5 weeks i supose.

so probably 3 week minimum on flowering time depending on your strain. is it sativa or indica dominant?

ok, you have some serious time on your plants left. they are outdoor, so the # of weeks doesnt really matter. i will go by the time in months. fast plants finish in late sept to mid october. long flowering plants can go into november. so odds are that you have until mid october. read up and keep an eye on your plant, she'll let you know when she is ready. i bet you will yeild a bundle off that plant, looks good.

also what is the weather like where you live? you want to harvest them before it frosts. also rain can also factor because some strains are suseptable to bud rot if it is too wet.

best way to tell - flower for 6-7 weeks and then start paying attention to the plant as a whole. when it seems to be finished and the trichs are the proper color, it will be finished.
tons of people harvest too early and sacrifice potency and yield. I can tell when I buy a sack if it was harvested too early.

indica - take 6-7wks minimum

sativas/skunks - take up to 15 wks

looks like you got a month or so to go. maybe more. My bag seed is probably almost on 3 months flowering so far. it's getting close.

impossible to tell the yeild, but i am assuming it is at least a couple feet tall already. i would expect it to double in height or come close and the buds will fatten up as time goes.
