When do I dispose of the males?

So I have four plants, one is showing white pistils for sure, one isn't (started flowering same day) and the other two aren't yet but started into flowering about 4 days after the first two. When do I have to worry about getting the males out by, if no one else develops white hairs?

dont worry about it until you see balls. if you dont top, the top of the plant will turn into pure balls.

give them a wk or so to finish sexing, but dump the males soon as you can confirm them

Well, you won't have to worry about males polinating the females until ~ 2 week since you see male parts. Give them all a week or so and closely monitor them.
The difference is obvious if you let them grow a bit:

Don't start thinking they will polinate the instant they appear, it takes some time to develop.
