When do I call a plant too far gone? Newbie

good for you on not giving up on them as you can tell by the others when there elders get bad there going to put them 6 feet down and cover them with dirt and forget about them

Im having problems on one of mine outve 3 i posted pics on convo i started was looking for some info im heading into week 9 flower special kush all planted same time but one is really tall for sone reason and one is small bit of a runt i guess lol
