When do i add nute's to a seedling

I always grew in soil, this is my first hydro grow. I germinated one seed of kali mist to try and not fubar the whole operation.
That being said, after the seedling sprouted i put it in a rapid rooter cube in a grow tray. when should i add any nutes? It's about 2 weeks old now and i made a week mix of fox farm and added an air stone to the tray? I posted this in the newb section and got referred here. So any and all advice is needed and welcome!

i start my seedlings off w/ a weak 1/4 strength or less mix in hydro.

use real weak nutes once it has at least one set of regular leaves.
I use 100 ppm in r/o water once it has a nice set.

reg set of leaves? not the first set outta shell the next set that sprout or actual fan leaves?

Oh wow that's a way easier process than the piece of paper i got with my Fox Farm
