When can i start lst??

mmy girls are 19 days old and are starting to really pick up the pace...when can i start training them...i prefer not to top the plants

If you click on my journal and look at the Power Kush Im going to start LSTing her tomorrow. I think its personal preference, its meant to be the least invasive method to use on a plant

As its the third week,, this is the right time to start,
You can come up withe the quires about the cultivation, and share your experience what have you done for it,
