When can i start grow journal?

I understand I have to be a member for a while but my question is how long is that

I started mine yesterday. Signed up the day before.
Didn't know you are supposed to establish yourself first. I read the rules but perhaps I missed it.
Anyhow can't see why one should wait. Expect someone will explain.

Mine is Organic in Napa. Check it out. Its pretty crap ....ha.

every time I try to start a journal it says error-you do not have permission

you have to be an established member before you can start one,
youll get it eventually we do not give out the exact known measurements to get it as spammers can abuse it
