When Can I Harvest Stunted Plant?

Hey guys,

So long story short, this was my first grow and I didn't use enough light. The plant started to flower and basically had popcorn buds and hasn't grown in like 3weeks. But she is still very pungent and green.

(I've since ordered way better lights) but I know this plant isn't gunna grow anymore. My question is..when can I harvest what little bit she did produce if she's not going to grow to full potential? She's been "flowering" for about 4 weeks.

Will her trichomes turn amber still or will she be stuck in this stage?

Ive finished many plants with weak lighting, it just takes alot longer to finish.

That plant looks to be in good health, my advice is if you have 3-4 weeks to spare then id let it finish out.

Either harvest when mature or chop now and trash. Enjoy the new lights!
