Whats your play?

So my seeds are ready to go! First grow can't wait...so my ? is I'm growing an auto flower on 20/4 schedule but my light needs to be off between 10A.M. and 2P.M. can I put my seedling in the rockwool and turn the lights on?

Will it mess them up if they go off at 10 tmr mornin and back on at 2?

Then they would be on the right schedule. Not sure if I should just leave in the paper towel until tmr or go ahead and plant. Thanks for the help

Sounds like a good plan! As long as you keep to that schedule once you start it youll be fine.
