Remember and loved everyone of those NorthEasters who knows what they really were but that is what we were told they were Good memories!in no particular order
- I am a big fan of Tangie, and Sour Tangie - Incredible orange taste identical to sweet or sour tangerines.
- The "Haze" we used to get in the north-east in early 2000's - by the gram usually - and way overpriced - not a clue as to the actual strain, but man wow, still searching for that unique smell today.
From about the same time frame
- Bubblegum of unknown origin
- NL5 of unknown origin
- Blueberry of unknown origin
Sucks that so much cross pollution has occurred - a lot of people on here are talking about these strains from 20+ years ago.. hopefully they are still out there somewhere.
I remember getting Northern Lights in Amsterdam around 1987 and I just could not believe what good weed could actually be, I was smitten first toke. Unfortunately I was stationed in Germany at the time and the only way I could get flowers was to take a road trip to Amsterdam but we could get excellent black gummy hash in Germany so not all was lost but I remember me and 2 other grunts saving to go to Amsterdam and bring back what ever we could afford and dared. I don't think I am still allowed back in Germany but that didn't occur until 1992, it was a good run , can you imagine being told it is probably best if you go to your home country and we will forget all about this incident Only to find they have a memory like an elephant 10 years latter while trying to get some clearances.
