Excellent Thread ....kudos for starting this one!! I'm generally pretty easy ....and varied .... depends on the setting, and the general character and dynamics of the people and place - kinda the same way I pick which weed to smoke. But a new and current favorite to pic up at the store is ... Negra Modelo. I'm also a fan of our local success .... BigRock. Traditional. Grasshopper. Jack Rabbit. Warthog. Honey Brown. Black Amber. Buzzard Breath. Great names. Great Beer. :hump::hump::hump::hump::hump: (oh ...yea ...that last pic just reminded me I'm thirsty ...so I felt it warranted a place in the beer thread + and its Stampede Season ...) .... Cheers!

Beer. Something I know a thing or two about. My current favorite is Bear Republic's Racer 5. There's some awesome beer in California, and in Southern California in particular. I'm a product of the local market so I'm partial to more hoppy beers.

Definitely Anderson Valley 'Boont Amber' or New Belgium 'Fat Tire' - if you haven't tried them, you're missing out.

I'm hoping to start brewing my own again soon too. I've done it some in the past (also have made wines from various local fruits - blackberry's my favorite).
