whats wrong with my babygirl? i inspected since they stopped growing for 4 days, before buds would double in 1 day... thank you guys . IMG_0528.JPG

lower buds are looking normal... only top ones are like this... not sure what to think, it can be everything. my lights are 30-40 cm away, i feed not too much to cause nut burn so hard or deficiency.
