whats wrong with this seedling

Hi, this is my first grow and someone recommend that i germinate my seed in soil, so i did.
but it looks like my seedling is not that healthy, could anyone tell me whats wrong with the new leaves tips?

Can you provide more information about the soil?

you are right!
they are doing fine now, but i dont know why the Somango is missing a leaf but looks like shes growing a new set.

Only had this happen when I put peroxide in my water over watering usually dragon claws your leaves
