Whats wrong with this plant

this plant didn't bloom like my others it developed these small roundish rock hard "buds" it had same light nutes and grow medium the exact same. And the second 2 pix are all the same everything why are the plants so different they are all ak48 auto flower with same light nutes soil and everything.

Same seeds does not mean same weed

You won't find consistency growing autoflowers. They are all different phenotypes and act differently from one another.
