What’s wrong with these plants

Hello, I’m 3 weeks in on first grow and am having major issues with my leaves. They started out with just a few spots on leaves last Saturday. By Sunday they were starting to get covered. I figured it was a calmag issue since I’m using RO water. I did a complete change out last Sunday and added calmag to water. I started spraying calmag solution on leaves 30-45 mins before lights on Wednesday. Ph is 5.7-6 ppm is 540ish using spider farmer sf4000 at 60% between 16-20 inches from top of plants. First 2 pics are from last Saturday and Sunday and other 4 are from today. Thanks in advance
