image.jpgimage.jpg These clones were taken three weeks ago, transplanted at week two, and were nice and green when transplanted except for a little yellowing on the tips which I thought was normal meaning it was time to transplant. I gave them a very light veg feeding a feeding a few days ago because they were getting a little lime green color to them-thought maybe needed some nitrogen. Now still getting g a little lighter and now the leaves are are curling under. Do u think this is a ph lockout issue image.jpg

For soil growers the most frequent cause of leaf yellowing are over-watering and fungus gnat or a combination of both. Nitrogen deficiency in soil growing would take a little more time show its symptoms, the pH could be an issue at any stage of growth if it's not adjusted properly it can stop your plants from feeding. Ya I think I found the cause. I repotted the two clones. I'm a cheap ass so I just used what I had available to root the cuttings which was straight perlite. They rooted fine, but when I transplanted them I left the majority of the perlite intact cause I didn't want to mess with tearing the root hairs, so when I repotted I noticed that the roots hadn't really grown past the perlite into the surrounding soil and the perlite was still sopping wet. I tried getting the excess off, so hopefully they pull through. So lesson learned...I'll be using rockwool cubes in the future. Thanks Geronimo

looks over watered to me and your not mean to give it any nutes for weeks, as the soil will give all the food it needs for now

Ya I haven't given any nite this second time around repotting...just a little vitamin B to help the roots and I'll just try let Mother Nature do her thing.

Btw, when I first took these cuttings the stems were all nice and green, but noticed after the first week they started turning red going from the top down. Is this normal too?

overwatering.jpg

two leaves are cupping under so you are over watering the plants

when you get thing right the stem turns green starting from the bottom and working up over a few days

edit the post
as I just saw the leaves in one of the pics
