What's wrong with these 2 little ladies?

They are both 2 weeks old. They both started off well and then hit a wall and started looking like this.

The left is LSD and the right is Blue Cheese. It's like they both hit a wall. The ONLY thing they got was 1 tsp FF Big Bloom in a half gallon. Water PH'ed to 6.8 I also notice the Perlite on the top layer is a orangeish color. I've read that may be due to iron in my water. None of my older plants show any signs of anything like this.
They have been 12/12 from seed under 54w of CFL until it's ready for the 250 MH. Normally, i give them 2 weeks, but not so much in this case.

Seedlings don't need anything, but water and a nutrient free medium. I'm betting your potting soil is not meant for seed starting

That would be weird cuz I've started 12+ with the same soil. They all started out well. I'm confused.
I would be stumped if the 12 + predecessors were the same exact strain and then with this batch it did that. Did you happen to check you ph of soil?

No, I never checked the soil/runoff PH. I've never really needed to until they get repotted into larger pots.

So I guess I'll just continue to feed with straight PH'ed water until they straighten themselves out.
