What's wrong with the plant?

Fan leaves are developping in the picture this week. What's the sign for? Light burnt , nutrient Deficiency, or Nitrogen deficiency??? Please advise. Thank you.

Running viparspectra p1000 100watt 18/6 100%, 60cm light to conopy distance.

What are you feeding? Its not light burn, the problems is starting on lower leaves and moving up the plant from what i can see

Yes, I add a lot nitrogen, maybe over-fertilizing.

Medium ( soil or ? )
Temps / RH
Nutrients used ( amounts )
Light cycle ( 18/6 - 12/12 - etc. )

Shoe size

Issue seems more of a feed problem ( slight problem ).

I had this happen to me with my outdoor plants before right before it got dark out.
