What’s wrong with my Seedlings!

Sup guys, having a little issue with my seedlings they are day 5 from being transplanted from root riots into solo cups with Coast of Maine Seedling Soil, I don’t believe I am over watering or under watering I water every 2 days and use spray bottle in between to make sure they’re moist. Grow room temp stays at 75 F and 65% Humidity, T5’s are about 7-8 inches away from tip of plant. Some are curling downwards and looking a little light in color with brown tips forming on ends of leafs then some of them look healthy and fine. I can’t figure it out‍ Someone knowledgeable please help!

In my opinion it looks like overwatering, your humidity is high enough to not have to spray in between waterings

Thanks for your input I’m deff going to let it dry out and see they improve

Over watered, no need to spray ever.. soak the cups and don't touch em for a week..let them get very dry. Then soak again and don't touch em for a week.

How long do you think till they start showing improvement, the soil is very dry right now I really don’t believe it’s overwatering

The soil isn't dry, the roots will reach out to the bottom searching for water when they must.. you're killing them with kindness, water the hell out of them and don't look at em for 6-7 days.

You have holes in the bottom of those cups right?

Yeah got holes in the cups, I just flipped a cup over to check the bottom and it’s still moist about 2.5 inches up the cup, so let it dry out completely then water them heavy ?

Yeah.. it'll take a few days to dry out completely.

Yeah man they’re getting worse now leaves are brittle light yellow color, I can’t figure out the issue everything’s right, think I should can them and restart? You think they’re beyond saving by the picture.

Those will be fine.. .now water em all real good and let em get dry again. When you water em.. tap water? City? Or well?

You have a fan on them ? How high is the light above plants? What kind of light.

I watered them with light nutes yesterday and they’re doing way better thanks
And city water I’m using
